NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-005025 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Cynthia J. Abner, Joseph A. Abner, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Gilbert Jackson, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 5th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, SUNDECK HOMESITES ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
