Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2019, entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the Property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
West 75 feet of Lot 6, Block 11, Jungle Country Club, Third Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31, page 15, Public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the Real Property, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached thereto, together with each any every tenements, hereditaments, easements, rights, powers, privileges, immunities and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions, remainder and remainders, and also all the estate, right, title, interest, homestead, separate estate, property, possession and claim whatsoever in law as well as in equity of Mortgagor of, in and to the same in every part and parcel thereof.
Together with a security interest in all personal property and fixtures affixed to or located on the Real Property.
Together with all rents, issues, profits, revenue, income and other benefits from the Real Property.
