NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2019, entered in Case No. 17-004662-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF10 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Phillip D. Griffith A/K/A Phillip Dacosta Griffith; NKTR LLC, As Successor Trustee, Under The 790 17 Ave Land Trust Dated December 23, 2015; Waveny M. Goodridge-Griffith A/K/A Waveny M. Goodridge-Griff A/K/A Waveny Maxine Evette Goodridge-Griffith A/K/A Waveny G-Griffith; Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, INGRAM PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
