NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of May, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-007385-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE GOSSLINE; MICHELLE GOSSLINE, AS KNOWN HEIR OF ROBERT A. LOSEE, DECEASED; SOMERSET CHASE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHRISTOPHER LOSEE AS KNOWN HEIR OF ROBERT A. LOSEE, DECEASED; ALLISON YARBROUGH AS KNOWN HEIR OF ROBERT A. LOSEE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLISON YARBROUGH; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 18th day of June, 2019 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com.
