NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of May, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-007385-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE GOSSLINE; MICHELLE GOSSLINE, AS KNOWN HEIR OF ROBERT A. LOSEE, DECEASED; SOMERSET CHASE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHRISTOPHER LOSEE AS KNOWN HEIR OF ROBERT A. LOSEE, DECEASED; ALLISON YARBROUGH AS KNOWN HEIR OF ROBERT A. LOSEE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLISON YARBROUGH; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 18th day of June, 2019 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
