NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of March, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-000928-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR7 is the Plaintiff and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; BUDDY SMITH; DELBERT DODSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DELBERT DODSON; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA; KELLY LEE MITCHELL; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 26th day of June, 2019 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
