NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 07, 2019, and entered in 2018-CA-001639-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2007-A3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-C is the Plaintiff and CLAUDIO CIPEDA; SILVANA CIPEDA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; BELLA NOTTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ADVANTAGE FUNDING COMMERCIAL CAPITAL CORP. are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 11, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
