YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title to real property described as:
Lots 24, 25, 26, 35, 36 and 37, Block N, Woods 2nd Addition to Punta Gorda, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 15, of the Public Records of Charlotte Co., FL.
has been filed by Plaintiff, RICHARD HEYDEN and JANET HEYDEN, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Alisa Wilkes, Esq., 13400 Sutton Park Dr. S., Suite 1204, Jacksonville, FL 32224, (904)620-9545 within 30 days after the first publication and file the original with the Clerk of this Court and Plaintiff's attorney, otherwise a default and judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in this Petition.
