Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 30, 2019, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2299, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 20, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 10-A THROUGH 10-F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, on June 17, 2019 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
