NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2018-CA-004449 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Eugene James Sherry a/k/a Eugene Sherry a/k/a Eugene J. Sherry, Midland Funding, LLC, Rosedale Master Homeowners' Association, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT A-30, ROSEDALE 3, A GOLF AND TENNIS CLUB COMMUNITY SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 2 THROUGH 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 5311 88TH STREET EAST, BRADENTON, FL 34211
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
