NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2019 issued in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, Case No.: 2018 CA 003991 AX, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-B is the Plaintiff and J.C. REED, JR., POURUSSADAT REED AKA POURUSSADAT P. REED, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, RIVER LANDINGS BLUFFS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JUNE 4, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
