NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 6, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2018CA004412AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR HOLDERS OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, Plaintiff, and DANIEL JOHN SALLADE A/K/A DANIEL SALLADE; THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of June, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 108 IN BUILDING NO. 16 IN THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2057, AT PAGE 3888 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
