NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-003977 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Gregg W. Marshalla are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 7, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 315.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF THE NORTH 320 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE WEST 25 FEET FOR COUNTY ROAD
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
