NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-002662 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as successor-in-interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2006-AR4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR4, Plaintiff and Dale E. Hauser and Dawn M. Hauser, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 17, LONGBEACH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING THE SAME LAND AS LOTS 9 AND 10, OF BLOCK 2, OF LONGBEACH SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 306, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
