Book 905, Pages 39 through 170, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
You are hereby given Notice of Sale on behalf of Marco Resort & Club Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida NOT-FOR-PROFIT corporation (“Marco Resort”). If you do not object to the use of the trustee foreclosure procedure, you will not be subject to a deficiency judgment even if the proceeds from the sale of your timeshare interest by the trustee are insufficient to offset the amounts secured by the lien.
