NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 21, 2019, and entered in Case No. 512014CA002938CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION D/B/A GTE FINANCIAL, is Plaintiff, and GLENDA E. YORKE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 199 Shadow Lakes Unit one according to the plat thereof recorded in plat Book 20 Page 27 through 29 of the public Records of Pasco County Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
