AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF NANCY C. GORDY, DECEASED; MAUREEN TEETER; DORIS COURTURE; LINDA ALLEN; LAURIE FAWCETT; TAPES BISWAS ; RITA BISWAS ; PASCO COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CLERK OF THE COURT, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
