NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2019 in the above action, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pasco, Florida, on June 13, 2019, at 11:00 AM, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Condominium Parcel No. 203, Building 7, of Hillside Eight, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1414, at Page 1636, and Amendments in Declaration of Condominium in Official Records Book 1720, Page 1989, Official Records Book 3070, Page 381; Amended in Official Records Book 3070, Page 583; Official Records Book 3096, Page 789, Official Records Book 3147, Page 829; Official Records Book 3406, Page 468; and Official Records Book 4168, Page 1422, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 92, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
