NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015CA002002CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3, Plaintiff, and JUAN CARLOS JAIMES; JANETH RODRIGUEZ; ABPAYMAR, LLC AS TRUSTEE OF THE 30531 MIDTOWN COURT LAND TRUST; KEYHOLE CAPITAL, LLC; CHAPEL PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
