NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of May, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2018-CA-001835-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein AURORA FINANCIAL GROUP INC is the Plaintiff and DAVID HARTMAN, KNOWN HEIR OF EDMUND HARTMAN; JEREMY HARTMAN, KNOWN HEIR OF EDMUND HARTMAN A/K/A EDMUND L. HARTMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID HARTMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEREMY HARTMAN; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS AND TRUSTEES OF EDMUND HARTMAN A/K/A EDMUND L. HARTMAN, DECEASED; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of June, 2019, at 11:00 AM on PASCO County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
