Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 02, 2019, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 303, SARASOTA SPRINGS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on June 06, 2019 beginning at 09:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
