NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018 CA 002896 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-KS2 is the Plaintiff and Robert S. Lagasse, Jr. a/k/a Robert Lagasse; Unknown Spouse of Robert S. Lagasse, Jr. a/k/a Robert Lagasse; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Geraldine Lagasse a/k/a Geraldine A. Lagasse a/k/a Geraldine Ann Lagasse, Deceased are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 6th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 AND THE WEST HALF OF LOT 5, IN BLOCK A, UNIT #2, OF SOUTH GATE RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGE 74-74A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
