NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 2, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018 CA 006131 NC , of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and JACQUELYN BOLA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BRUCE HANFORD; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com on June 5, 2019 at 09:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 134, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, 5TH ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
