NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2019, and entered in 18-CA-005670 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and JO-ANN GEORGE A/K/A JO ANN GEORGE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JO-ANN GEORGE A/K/A JO ANN GEORGE; SOUTH POINTE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE II, ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTH POINTE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 1, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7-B, SOUTH POINTE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, UNIT A, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1356, PAGE 1935, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
