AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and JO-ANN GEORGE A/K/A JO ANN GEORGE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JO-ANN GEORGE A/K/A JO ANN GEORGE; SOUTH POINTE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE II, ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTH POINTE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
