Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 14 day of May, 2019, and entered in case No. 19-CC-601 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SHADOW LAKES AT LEHIGH ACRES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and KASEY E. KAY and DONNA L. KAY are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of June, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 23, SHADOW LAKES, according to the plat thereof, recorded as Instrument No.: 2006000171800, Public Records of Lee County, Florida; More commonly known as 140 Shadow Lakes Drive, Lehigh Acres, Florida 33974 - Parcel ID 03-45-27-17-00000.0230
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
