NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Re-Establishment of Lost Note entered April 26, 2019 and entered in Civil Case No. 17-CA-001031 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A, THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-7 is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF DOROTHY GILBERT AND ESTATE OF JAMES GILB, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, PAT FRANK, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 19, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 60, WEST WILMA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 60 FEET.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
