NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 7, 2019 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-015197 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and MARCIA DONOVAN, TIMOTHY DONOVAN, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of June, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The East 540 feet of the North 210 feet of Tract 20, of Ruskin Tomato Farms, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 110, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; less the East 20 feet for road
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
