NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 8, 2019 in Civil Case No. 29-2013-CA-001249 , of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL P. DASKALOPOULOS; NICOLE M. DASKALOPOULOS; WEST BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on June 6, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 8, WEST BAY, PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
