NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2019 entered in Case No. 2017-CA-004147, Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR3 is the Plaintiff, and SHAWN AARON a/k/a SHAWN EVAN AARON; CHEVAL WEST COMMUNITY, ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; STATE OF FLORIDA, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; TAMPA BAY CREDIT UNION are the Defendants; Pat Frank, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in
accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on June 12, 2019, the following described real property, situate and being in Hillsborough County, Florida to-wit:
