AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR3 is the Plaintiff, and SHAWN AARON a/k/a SHAWN EVAN AARON; CHEVAL WEST COMMUNITY, ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; STATE OF FLORIDA, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; TAMPA BAY CREDIT UNION are the Defendants; Pat Frank, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in
