NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2018 and entered in Case No. 18-CA-003547 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which ORANGE TREE II, LLC, is the Plaintiff and EFRAIN PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EFRAIN PEREZ N/K/A VICTORIA PEREZ; CITY OF TAMPA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS; BENITO G. SANTIAGO A/K/A BENNY G. SANTIAGO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 3rd day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
