NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-019327 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIX TRUST, Plaintiff and Valerie Elias are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 14, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 9-223, CULBREATH KEY BAYSIDE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14118, PAGE 1940, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
