Drews; Panther Trace Homeowners' Association, Inc. entered in Civil Case Number 18-CA-002625 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida on April 30, 2019, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIX TRUST is Plaintiff and JASON G. DREWS; SARA E. DREWS; and PANTHER TRACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, Pat Frank, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best
