NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2019, and entered in Case No. 29-2017-CA-011093 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee for BlueWater Investment Trust 2018-1, is the Plaintiff and Astrid Johanna Hendrika Vos-kolen, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Ronald Vos, deceased; Astrid Johanna Hendrika Vos-Kolen; Astrid Vos; Lizzy Tamboer; Magdalena Hermana Scheeres; McIntosh Lakes of Hillsborough County Homeowners Association, Inc.v; Nicolai Vos; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Ronald Vos, deceased; United States of America, Department of Treasury Acting through the Department of Justice; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
