GREGORY CARROLL; THOMAS JOSEPH CARROLL, III; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF J. GREGORY CARROLL N/K/A KATHERINE CARROLL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS JOSEPH CARROLL, III N/K/A JEANNIE CARROLL; CITIBANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; THE SEASCAPE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
