NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-003492 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and Delores R. Atkinson a/k/a Delores Atkinson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 2, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, LESS THE SOUTHWESTERLY 3 FEET THEREOF, ALL OF LOT 6 AND THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION OF LOT 5, BEGIN AT THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 5 IN BLOCK 34, LAKE MAGGIORE PARK, AND RUN NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID LOT LINE FOR 16 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY TO THE MOST SOUTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT LOT 5, RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID LOT LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ALL IN BLOCK 34, OF LAKE MAGGIORE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
