NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2017-CA-002612 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REO Asset Acquisition, LLC, Plaintiff and Ira Ruthina Collins a/k/a Ira Collins are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 90, MARTIN TERRACE 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
