NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 21, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-006113-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein ROUNDPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and FRANK S. WILDER, JR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 16, EDGEMOOR ESTATES, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 7, Page 45, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
