NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2019, and entered in Case No. 15-005740-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and JOHN MICHAEL RYAN A/K/A JOHN RYAN; ELIZABETH MARIE RUZAK A/K/A ELIZABETH RUZAK; TERRY RYAN A/K/A TERRY JOHN RYAN; GEMMA RYAN; FLY-N-HIGH WAVERUNNERS, INC., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11TH day of JUNE, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 51 FEET OF LOT 81, MELROSE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
