SCOPE OF PROJECT: Replace all windows except storefront and
curtainwall.
Replace all window sills.
Repair building envelope where necessary
Replace all flooring in areas with windows to be replaced.
On drywalls walls where paint is failing, laminare walls with ¼” drywall and
repaint.
