NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a final judgment dated the 9th day of August, 2018 and an Order to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated May 9, 2019, in Case No.: 17-002739-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, in which is the Plaintiff, DIANNE C. O'BRIEN AS TRUSTEE OF THE JAYHAWK IRREVOCABLE TRUST DATED THE 12TH DAY OF JULY, 1996 and DEEPSOUTH CONTRACTORS, LLC., a Florida limited liability company, TIMOTHY WAYNE HINES, GERALDINE DANIELS, AND ANY KNOWN AND/OR UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon possible thereafter, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 21, LESS the North 1/2, and all of Lot 20, Block “A”, of PILLSBURY PARK, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 49, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
