NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas, Florida, Ken Burke, as Clerk of this Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County Florida, described as:
PARCEL I:
Begin at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, run thence West along the center line of Indian Rocks Road 167 feet; thence South 33 feet to the South line of Indian Rocks Road and the Point of Beginning, thence continue South 150 feet, thence West 50 feet, thence North 150 feet to the South line of Indian Rocks Road, thence East 50 feet to the Point of Beginning, Pinellas County, Florida, less and except that portion thereof lying within 72 feet of the survey line of State Road 694, Section 15120, said survey line being described as follows:
Begin on the West boundary of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, at a point 17.70 feet North of the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 7 (Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 18, Township 30 South, Range 15 East) said point being on a curve concave to the Northerly having a radius of 1432.40 feet, thence from a tangent bearing of South 80 degrees 32 minutes 47 seconds East, run Southeasterly along said curve 223.76 feet through an angle of 08 degrees 57 minutes 01 seconds to the end of said curve, thence South 89 degrees 29 minutes 48 seconds East 1113.66 feet to the Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 18 (Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 7) at a point 2650.67 feet North of the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 18.

From the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 18, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, run thence North 89 degrees 07 minutes 59 seconds West, along the Section line, 217.00 feet for a Point of Beginning, thence South 0 degrees 05 minutes 11 seconds West 183.00 feet, thence South 89 degrees 07 minutes 59 seconds East, 50.00 feet, thence South 0 degrees 05 minutes 11 seconds West 80.00 feet, thence North 89 degrees 07 minutes 59 seconds West, 137.10 feet; thence North 0 degrees 05 minutes 11 seconds East, 263.00 feet; Thence South 89 degrees 07 minutes 59 seconds East, along the section line, 87.10 feet to the Point of Beginning. Less the North 72.00 feet for road right-of-way.
