NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale dated May 10, 2019, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-016442-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and Lloyd A. Story; Sarah K. Lovejoy; The Bay Vista Estates Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) In Possession #1 and #2, and All Other Unknown Parties, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 17th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, BAY VISTA ESTATES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREROF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 70 AND 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
