A Parcel of Land lying in Section 17, Township 41 South, Range 20 East, Charlotte County, Florida being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 17; Thence N 00°53'24” E along the East line of said Section 17, a distance of 278.95 feet to the Northerly Right-of-Way line of State Road No. 775 and a point on the arc of a circular curve whose radius point bears N 40°52”24” E from said point, said point also being the Point of Beginning of this description; Thence Westerly and Northerly along said Right-of-Way line and along the arc of said curve, having a radius of 831.47 feet, a central angle of 17°55'30” and having a chord bearing of N 32°09'51” W, an arc distance of 260.13 feet to the Point of Tangency; Thence N 23°12'06” W, along said Right-of-Way line a distance of 211.20 feet; Thence N 67°12'43” E, a distance of 248.43 feet to the East line of Said Section 17; Thence S 00°53'24” W, along the East line, a distance of 509.71 feet to the Point of Beginning.
