Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment for Damages and Judicial Sale entered on May 14, 2019, in Case No. 2019-CC-562 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which COLONIAL MANOR MHC HOLDINGS, LLC d/b/a COLONIAL MOBILE MANOR is the Plaintiff and JEREMY HOENE, GEORGIA CONAWAY and ANY UNKNOWN TENANT(s) are the Defendants, I, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND COMPTROLLER OF MANATEE COUNTY, will sell at public sale the following property: 1980 Nobility Homes, Inc mobile home VIN No. N22077A Title no. 0017583393 and VIN No N22077B, Title No. 0017562794. The sale will be held on the 14th day of June, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1051 Manatee Avenue West, at the Clerk/Cashier Annex, Second Floor, Room 2700, in accordance with §45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
