AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and ROSEMARY L. INGERSOLL; ROSEMARY L. INGERSOLL, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE ROSEMARY L. INGRESOLL TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ROSEMARY L. INGRESOLL TRUST; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE SECOND BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 09, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
