NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 8, 2019, entered in Case No.: 2018 CA 002550 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST DONALD E. LOWELL SR.; ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST LILLIAN S. LOWELL; GLORIA M. LOWELL; PAUL W. LOWELL; and SKYVIEW ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, are the Defendants, that Stacy M.
