The North 25 feet of Lot 11 and all of Lot 12, Block 13, Silvercrest, Unit No. 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as Recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 18, Public Records of Polk County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
