NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Granting Agreed Order on Defendant's Motion to Cancel May 21, 2019 Foreclosure Sale Date on May 15, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2016CA002902000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FM1 is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF CARL CASE, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, STACY BUTTERFIELD, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 12, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in POLK County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
