HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and SANDRA M. ALVARADO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; CARLOS A.
