Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2019, in Case No. 2018-CA-003034, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein LAKESIDE LANDINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ELIZARDO RAMOS VELEZ are the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on June 14, 2019, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot(s) 287, LAKESIDE LANDINGS PHASE ONE, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 147, Pages 45 through 55, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
