NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2019, and entered in CIVIL ACTION NO.: 11-2018-CA-003741-0001 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein BANK OZK, AN ARKANSAS BANKING CORPORATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANK OF THE OZARKS, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO C1 BANK, AS SUCCESSOR BY FDIC ASSIGNMENT TO FIRST COMMUNITY BANK OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, is the Plaintiff and JENS RANDOLF PETSCHL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENS RANDOLF PETSCHL; TWINEAGLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WICKLOW AT TWINEAGLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; AND TO OTHER PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN AND TO THE PROPERTY UNDER FORECLOSURE HEREIN, are the Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale on June 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLOCK 103, TWIN EAGLES, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 31 THROUGH 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as 12071 Wicklow Lane, Naples, Florida 34120 (the “Property”).
a person claiming an interest in the surplus of the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days of the sale.
